Description of service:

The Occupational Therapy Service at Banyule Community Health provides care to enable people with disabilities to continue to live independently at home and participate in their communities.

We offer home based therapy services, including assessments and treatment. We can assist you by showing you ways of caring for yourself and others and by maintaining or improving your independence and safety through equipment, aids to daily living and home modifications.

Referrals are prioritised according to level of need; therefore some people may have to wait longer than others for the service.
