Banyule Community Health is seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Community Development Worker for the West Heidelberg Neighbourhood Renewal project.

We require a committed, dynamic and energetic person with relevant experience in Community Development.

Neighbourhood Renewal brings the resources of local residents, agencies, businesses and governments to tackle disadvantage and create lasting change.

This role is crucial in the engagement and empowerment of local residents and to increase participation, particularly in the governance structure of Neighbourhood Renewal.

This project requires a suitably qualified and experienced person with excellent interpersonal, communication and partnership skills at all levels, and a passion for fairness.
