Banyule Community Health is seeking to employ a resourceful energetic Service Access Worker to join the Service Coordination team.

This key position provides a centralised and coordinated intake response to new and existing clients needing information or access to services or programs.

We seek someone with the ability to carry out initial needs identification, risk assessments and referrals for a wide range of multi-disciplinary services.

Knowledge of the broad range of issues for which people present for counselling and allied health services including Gambling and Drug and Alcohol issues in a community health setting is essential. The applicant should preferably hold a tertiary qualification in the health/welfare sector or experience in the health or welfare field.
