How the Service operates
The Service receives most of its funding from the Department of Human Services, and is further supplemented by patient fees and grants received from other sources.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the Health Service's policies and objectives, as well as the strategic focus implemented by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and staff.
The Banyule Community Health Service CEO and staff are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service at both the Greensborough and West Heidelberg sites. The input and involvement of all staff and members of the Banyule community are welcome in the Service's operation and activities.
