Come and join women who understand what you have experienced. Share your stories or just make new friends. It’s a welcoming safe space and we often do activities and go on outings to keep you active and entertained.
Light refreshments are provided.

Cost: Attending the group is free, but you must pay for any personal costs when on outings.
